NEED ORIGINAL BEATS?
Have a musical idea for an original beat but no one to produce it for you? You’ve come to the right place! That’s what we do!
In addition to creating Completely Original Beets ‘FROM SCRATCH’, (which often even includes crafting Original Instrument Sounds from simple Sound Waves) TrackCrafters can help you overcome copyright issue by crafting songs and beets which retain the same energy, feel and or emotion of a favorite artist’s song (that you may really like the groove and feel of) while avoiding all of the Legal Intellectual Property Copyright or sampling issues.
The following is a really EXTREME example of how closely TrackCrafters’ able to REPRODUCE from scratch the sounds and feel of Hit Records:
NOTE: While listening closely to the following example, keep in mind that TrackCrafters never had access to any of Lil Whine’s Isolated Individual Original Tracks (STEMS.) The following example was completely recreated by TrackCrafters’s Producer, Jonathan Bey; as you’ll be able to hear when we remove the music’s FX and unique signature accents, leaving only the Drums and Finger Snaps, then adding back in ONLY the Bass, which of course is only possible by reproducing each instrument performance and sound FX independently, each on their own separate Track and Chanel.
CLICK THE BUTTON:
Of course, that was a ‘VERY’ EXTREME Example which would ‘technically’ and legally be considered Re-doing the track or producing (what’s called) a “COVER” of the Lil Whine’s song, and Writer Royalties would be owed from your record sales; but no other legal copyright fees (such as performance or Music Sampling Royalties) would be owed to anyone other than you the artist/your record company and/or publisher or Intellectual Property Owner of the actual musical performance, which should “ALL BE YOU” as an independent artist! In a regular “Works For Hire” scenario, our TrackCrafters’ Producer would of course modify the track enough to retain the track’s energy and the feel you like while ensuring that you’re the Sole Owner of your Music with ‘NO” legal Intellectual Property Copyright issues preventing you from being the only one being paid from your record sales and royalties.

If your using a beat from or paid for a creative multi-user license (for a beat) which others may have also paid to use, you can forget about being signed! It’s not happening! Unfortunately, you’ve just wasted your money!
Let’s Face It! Record Labels ONLY Want Original Beats! As a matter of fact, a real record label will not even listen to what it is you have to offer if the music isn’t already 100% YOURS Lock, Stock & Barrel – with 100% of “ALL” Publishing & Copyrights owned by you and ONLY YOU ALONE! If you’re not legitimately able to say: Yes! I Own 100% of “ALL” Publishing & Copyrights! You can forget about it!

That’s just the way it is. It’s Nothing Personal. It’s just Strictly Business. Record Companies are only about the business of making money, and no label wants to be sued because of you over some copyright or publishing issues.
JUST BECAUSE YOU PAID FOR AN ORIGINAL BEAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU OWN THAT BEAT!
What Most Local Studios & Producers Don’t Tell You:
Did you know? LEGALLY THE STUDIO AND PRODUCER STILL OWN “ALL OF THE RIGHTS” TO THE BEAT, EVEN IF YOU’VE PAID FOR THE BEAT!
ALSO: “ALL OF THE RIGHTS” TO THE BEAT (WHICH INCLUDES: ALL OF THE BEAT’S PUBLISHING, AS WELL AS ALL OF ITS COPYRIGHTS) REMAIN LEGALLY THE STUDIO’S AND/OR ITS PRODUCER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT YOU HAVE SECURED THE BEAT’S WFHA.
ALSO: IF YOU CAN’T OR DON’T SECURE THE BEAT’S WFHA, ALL AND ANY MONEY DERIVED FROM THE BEAT LEGALLY BELONGS 100% EXCLUSIVELY TO THE PRODUCER AND/OR THE STUDIO.
LEGALLY: THE LABEL OR RECORD COMPANY MUST TURN OVER 100% OF “ALL” OR ANY PROCEEDS DERIVED FROM THE BEAT TO THE BEAT’S PRODUCER AND/OR STUDIO, LEAVING YOU RESPONSIBLE TO PAY BACK THE RECORD COMPANY/LABEL ANY AND ALL OF ITS LOST INVESTMENTS, WHICH WILL ALSO MOST LIKELY INCLUDE ANY AND ALL OF THE RECORD LABEL’S PROJECTED AND/OR ANTICIPATED LOSS REVENUES.
